My name is Timothy Beer and I am the owner of Timindy Services, and here is my story. In 1985 I was fired from a job as a
project worker. I was not aware of the ramifications of such an event until the contractor told me he didn't think I was going to
make it as a worker very long.......He said I had what it took to serve people and he wanted me off of his job site and on my
own.....jobsite. I was aghast at his implications and took offense at first.....then after the shock of being fired wore off, I took
note of his words and went out and started my own thing. As he said ... " Hang Out Your Own Shingle".
I started out as a home improvement contractor doing various projects. This progressed into being a general contractor. We
have been either directly or indirectly involved in thousands of projects from foundations to framing homes and from concrete
to full property make overs. From property line to property line and seawall to the road, including the seawall and part of the
road. Kitchens, bathrooms, great rooms, basement renovations........all the way up to and including the finish trim.
As the years have allowed, I have built several cabinet configurations which have required having a wood shop that evolved
into a modest full blown facility for what ever fabrication is needed. We have always been and still are a family run and owned
company. The talent and the abilities that I have in my family company are some that most men could only ever hope to have.
Present day has come with some trials along the way, as we have grown in business and have taken on even more in the
patio, deck, lawn and shade scapes. We find ourselves designing all of our own projects from inside the business. The
ability to create something that is just not readily available on the open market and present our clients with their dreams and
imaginations in full scale artistic structure is something I have always wanted to do. The materials available today and what
we can do with that material is incredible at the very least. The material that is being developed as we speak is making so
many more dreams possible than we ever thought possible.
At times my briefcase, tool belt and my design programs fight for the right to have their equal space in the whole picture, that
it's hard to know which is more viable in the scope of the project in progress. But the CUSTOMER is the most important item
in the entire project. While our prices do not reflect that of a "MART" store, we will not sacrifice quality for any reason. These
creations are the "Top Of The Line" in quality as is everything we have been involved with.
Of course then "Custom Crafted" & "On Site" usually is. You just can't buy what we create in any store.
Remember " If You Can Imagine It, We Can Build It ", thanks for taking the time to visit our site.
